Connection and clocks
The server clock continues during a disconnection. Keep the same browser and its site data to recover your player role. A public game address does not replace a guest’s access credentials.
Latency adjustment is limited and measured by the server; it does not restore all time lost while disconnected. If a clock or result appears wrong, include the game identifier and when it occurred.
Report a player
- Use the player report button in an online game. Choose a category and describe the specific incident. The report is saved with its game reference.
- To add evidence or report a problem with the form, email the contact address. Include the game identifier and report identifier if shown.
- Reports require manual review by the operator. Saving a report does not establish cheating, ban a player or automatically restore rating points.
- If you dispute a decision, email the game reference and explain which facts are wrong. Do not publish another person’s private information.
Account, rating and privacy
Guest play does not require an account. Account ratings are separate for bullet, blitz, rapid and classic and cover qualifying online games. Computer strength estimates are approximate.
Contact us to request deletion, export or correction of information. This release has no automatic email password reset; account recovery requires operator verification.
